The flavor is great (we're a skim milk family) it is great. Great consistency and tastes gtreat. This powdered milk has a good taste & a long shelf life.

The powder if very fine. I now keep it permanently stocked in my cupboard. Now i think that it will be a pantry staple.
Cons
It dosen't dissolve, just clumps together, looks like white clots. After i shake the combined ingredients to mix it, it foams and needs to sit overnight for the foam to settle out. Underside of foil seal is blackened as if it was partially burned.
