Pros

Black salt is a staple in my vegan household! It's very flavourful. Add it to a tofu scramble for a more egg like flavour.

Cons

My fennel is also brown instead of the usual fresh green colour i get from the store. It tastes bitter and it's expired. But the sulphur odour, and therefore taste, makes this suitable only for already strongly flavoured or spiced dishes.
