Salt makes egg-less quiche taste authentic because of the minerals (sulfur) it makes a decent mug of tea, particularly when blended with other herbs, such as mint. The flavor is terrific. Great spice mix for indian cooking.

This also makes it more cost effective, better value, than dried leaves.
Even so, the price was more reasonable than some organic lemongrass.
