Pros
Dried lemongrass is a popular indian herb. As it is powdered it gives you more flavor, more powerful, than dried leaves.
Salt makes egg-less quiche taste very authentic because of the minerals (sulfur) it contains. One thing to the label says fine but the salt is more coarse than i expected.
Cons
The bottle is broken and all the glass pieces in mango powder. Replacement bottles were labelled brown and looked brown. I like cinnamon but, everything cinnamon is too much.
Advertised as 2. Received 1. And unbelievably it is unable to be returned or refunded. It's very frustrating.

I'm sure in some dishes the crunch is a part of the adventure but not with the 'eggs'.

This also makes it more cost effective, better value, than dried leaves.
Even so, the price was more reasonable than some organic lemongrass.

Very strong sulfur smell, can be smelled from outside the bottle.
