Grocery store bay leaves apparently have to be broken in order to get them to fit into the standard spice jars

This was a mix of extremely large whole leaves and some fairly large broken leaves and some are folded over

The product title says 1 oz 29 gm and that is what i received but looking at reviews by other purchasers the amazon filter says 2 oz 57 gm

I will certainly continue ordering this as biryani masala is difficult to come by here and when we find it in stores it is not as good quality
