Pros

High quality and flavorful. The airtight container is perfect, and recyclable. The fragrance is sublime.

Brown rice cooked in a zojirushi rice cooker has gaba settings. This allows the rice to germinate prior to cooking. This results in enhanced nutrition, texture, digestibility, and flavor.

Pride of india basmati brown rice delivers the wonderful aroma of basmati rice with the health benefits of brown rice. I find the texture is crisper and more separated (as opposed to soft and mushy) which is how i prefer mybasmati rice.

Cons

The brown basmati rice is neither extra long nor is there any basmati aroma at all, tho it claims so on the container. It tastes like it has molded.

With pride of india, it's only 5 months, which is ridiculously short for rice. Adding insult to injury, the rice is not eligible to be returned. Bought the rice november 2022 and just went to use it and had bugs in it.
