Overall this seems like a pretty decent little shelf unit, especially for the price ($19.
Packaging/appearance
I use this shelving unit in my garage for storing large totes filled with holiday decorations, and i'm extremely satisfied with it.
This was supposed to include four hooks, which we had planned on using, but they were not in the box, which is disappointing.
Everything seemed to well packed and there wasn't any damage that we can see.

Assembly is pretty straightforward with this type of shelf so it went together pretty easily although the plastic clips dont fit together very well over the pipes

Usually they snap tightly closedtogether but these have pretty noticeable gaps
