Very comfortable and i like how the arms go up and also the material is very good quality
Positives: nice looking chair, easy to assemble.
Had a bonded leather chair and it peeled after 15 years.
After almost 3 months of use it made a pop noise and now when you sit the chair leans 10 degrees to the right, terrible.
Price
It's a good relation cost and benefit
I also recommend splurging for the "rollerblade" rubber wheels available separately on amazon, low as $20 + up to $35 for a set of 5.
Packaging/appearance
Package was received in excellent condition, all parts were plastic wrapped + the assembled chair itself gets 5 stars for quality.

Out of the 60 chairs we only had one that we cannot use as the arm rest was busted where the screw was to be placed

Update the seller saw my earlier unhappy review over a defective chair and they are shipping me a replacement chair

The hardware kit comes with a pouch for each size screw 1 extra screw of each size is provided however the extra screws came in a pouch by itself which was mislabeled
