Pros

The safety latch on the hot button is a great feature for those with kids or others with coordination issues. Love the 3 water temp choices. Hot water comes in handy for a quick cup of tea or oatmeal.

My only issues are cosmetic. It's pretty lightweight and easy to move around. Perfect for at home when you don't want your kitchen to look like an office water cooler gathering spot.

Cons

It is the most noisy appliance i have in my home. The vibration from the machine causes the metal insert in the drip-tray to rattle. Emptied out the whole 5 gallon jug over one night onto the floor.

Also, i’ll have to drain the unit every time we leave for more than a few days, because of the lack of this automation.
