There are lots of great things about this smoker grill but we keep ours outside and even with the cover the chrome shelf has rusted like crazy

Had i realized what was happening i should have taken the easily removable rack inside and just brought it out when using the grill but we use the shelf to store things so that defeats the purpose

I think most people who are spending this amount on a grill are probably using electronic thermometers which is good because the little thermostat is broken

After over 7 years my firebox did crack and when i reached out to their support they ask me to send them a photo to process the claim
