The single cup brewer (k-cup) is awesome! The coffee pod maker built in is such a great convenience. Oh yea, and the coffee pod storage area on top of the machine is very convenient, the led light is a must have for night time use.

Only negative is it only provides a bit of hot water before it needs to recharge. It is easy to use and has minimal cleanup after each use. Easy to install and use.

The coffee brews quick & the cold is cold. Plenty of stores have easy access to refill *. Bottom load is so much easier on my back!
