Pros

Easy and convenient. All items in the box for easy setup. Good for hand / wrist exercise though.

The tube extending into the jug fits togethers better and is attached more securely to the pump head. The cap that keeps debris out of the spout fits more securely.

The unit screws on to the bottle (turn counter-clockwise), and the handle is a great help to carry from my kitchen to the room i use it in. The locking ring takes a few goes to get use to but works a charm once you figure out to loosen it all the way.... Read More

Very poor product, negligent marketing, and dismissive customer interaction. Nothing to do with seller. Contacting the company is useless.

Air leakage coming from where the water straw fits into the pump. The three piece connection pipe is also flimsy. The pumping bladder is very weak, you need to pump very hard to get it to flow.

Enviro products water * are not on the list of incompatible *. Primo is not responsible for any leaking, damages or failures caused by modifying our dispenser to a filter unit. And thank god i didn't go out and waste more money on a primo brand water ... Read More

I love how sturdy it stays on and easy to detach as well.

This unit seems to be sturdy and of high quality.

Before it we had an electric pump that worked fine, but it started having issues then stopped working completely.

Purchased this pump after two cheaper versions broke on me within 6 months.

Price

This pump was not expensive and fit perfectly on my primo water bottle.

The cost per liter with the electric unit is infinite since it never worked at all.

I got a version of this at walmart that doesn't have a handle, but it's mostly the same.

I bought this to use on a similar 5 gallon jug but one from nestle.

The price of the primo pump was nearly equivalent to the price of the electric unit i tried, but the cost is very different.
