Pros

Room temp water is a little luke cold rather than luke warm (which is fine for us) hot is not boiling, but hot enough that it steams, so plenty hot for me. Levels of cold, cold and frosty. Keeps water nicely cold. Instantly cold water.

Cons

Customer service representative christina needs another class on how to be a good helper. Stopped working in about 14 months, just beyond the warranty. Company wants me to cut the cords before they will send a properly functioning cooler.

The pump just keeps running until you either unplug it or put a new bottle in. I cant even open the door without the water tray falling out of the door. Don't get the bottle that are not fully filled. They probably have a slow leak in them.

The quality in this compared to my last one is not any where near the old one! Dispenser * super clunky.

The machine is noisy! Making loud noise when plugged in. This is very annoying and inefficient.
