Quality

I love the quality and brightness of the light, and it looks cool too.

The quality of this light is very evident as soon as you pick it up.

And what i say 'extremely,' i mean 'extremely.

The one thing it's missing, however, is a flashing mode -- this would be an excellent addition and really make the product complete.

Packaging/appearance

Sidenote: the mount on the head strap is really loose when this product arrives and you need to tighten it up before using the headstrap.

Competitiveness

Compared to the prices of a walmart or target light its worth the extra money.
