Pros

Sheet works great, adhesive is super sticky. Worked great and good adhesion. Works as advertised.

Cut heat up time by about 20 mins and help stabilize the temp. Most notable are the decrease in time that it takes to heat the bed. I have this under it, a 22awg steel plate then a glass plate and it keeps it warm easily now.

Cons

The foil is about as sturdy as wet toilet paper, and was tearing under the slightest pressure. Did not do anything to help with temp, still had to raise bed temp.
