it is helpful to have some troubleshooting skills. Compatible to my printer. Life savers, these cartriges work exceptionally well with my hp photosmart c4580.

Quality
I liked the quality of the material.
Worry about quality, quantity and whether the savings ends up trashing my printer.
Previously, i've had to print a page or two to break in a new cartridge, but with these the print quality was great on the very first one.
What i can say, however, is the print quality is outstanding on what i have thus printed.
Price
No error messages and still going strong and at a great price.
Packaging/appearance
One little pleasant surprise was they worked great right out of the box.

I use them in my hp officejet 6400 series.

Ggod item first pages come out not the greatest but after a little while the printer starts to do it right

The first cartridge i tried wasnt recognized by the printer

I then rubbed the electrical contacts with the paper towel then wiped the contacts to remove the excess cleaner

All the cartridges did not register easily

Had to put them in and out of the machine several times

Then after getting the cartridge to print it would print a few copies and then the cartridge would go offline again
