Pros & Cons
Cons
For the price paid, it’s a disgrace. The only redeeming quality i found is the variety of colours. Pictured are the worse cases.
They constantly break while sharpening using a good sharpener. The core breaks almost every time i sharpen them! I have to re-sharpen several times before getting a pointy code that is stable in the pencil.
The cores break, rendering the pencil useless. At nearly ~$1/pencil, this is disappointing, at best.

Price
A lil bit pricy but my son loves to use them.
Well worth the price and i also bought the special sharpener that goes with these pencils.

Packaging/appearance
I like: the metal box is very colourful/attractive, solid to protect the pencils which is a must for colouring pencils.

My only disappointment with these comes in the colour selection, in the 72 pack specifically.
Competitiveness
So i’m using a lot of pencils and i do have many different sets from many different manufacturers.
Now, as far as i remember, the prismacolor brand have always been my number one favorite of all.

The softer lead requires a light touch in order to prevent overworking when layering or blending colours and may provide a bit of a challenge for new or inexperienced artists until they get a feel for how the pencils work

I like less the core is not always centered inside the pencil causing sharpening to produce an uneven or unequal tip which becomes irritating after colouring for a bit as you rotate the pencil as you use it

Also the 3 trays are a bit flimsy and must be reinserted into the metal box extremely carefully otherwise the pencils can all fall out potentially bouncing to the floor and breaking on the inside of the pencil cant rush this step of putting them away

I like it but the gray color is missing
