Pros & Cons
Pros
These are great pencils for sketching & shading. The leads are a consistent hardness and not broken inside. The wood is also of good quality and that also make them easy to sharpen.
Cons
This is so disappointing and frustrating. Prisma offers great colored pencils but stay away from their sketch pencils. They were not packaged well (no air packing) the wood is split once you start sharpening.
Highlights
Quality
I am just an amateur artist so i can't speak for the quality, i just know they work well for me.
I have used these to do illustrations for two books now and really have liked the quality and the price of the pencils.
I decided to buy these pencils without no pictures of the product.
Expected quality and range of graphite softness.
Price
Super great specially since the price is very affordable as well.
I love these pencil for drawing and sketching and the price is great too.
Packaging/appearance
I also use the prismacolor black colored pencils to add more contrast.
