Beautiful pencils arrived quickly only one or two had broken leads so i dont think it was because of how they were transported

Just pulling out the flimsy plastic trays is near impossible without dumping some of the pencils and you cant very well transport it anywhere without the box lid coming off and all falling out

What i was told is these pencils are not even on the shelves you have to ask for them at customer service and they were outrageously expensive

The amazon price is significantly lower that my local art store for the exact same product
