Pros

There were instructional videos on youtube as well. Installed it yesterday and had to use it for couple of hours, and worked as described. It fits as expected.

It takes a firm tug to disconnect battery connector from headset. The wires though small are sturdy and very well attached to the connector. Allows me to talk on my headset all day.

Cons

The battery is expired and doesn't even hold a charge for a full hour anymore.
