Worked great after taking one tab before bed with water. No cramping. Works very well to clean you out, and to gently get things moving. Compliments them nicely.

This stuff works. Pro-clenz works wonderfully. It's a great value for what is essentially a 4 month supply. If ur backed up this is the product to use.
