Pros
The taste is great, with milk obviously, and doesn't feel super heavy. It has a great amount/ratio of carbs (85g. It gives me enough carbs/energy to enjoy the workout and then protein after. This is a protein/carb mix!
Cons
It's not helpful it at all. Tastes terrible. Appeared to have moldy spots in it.
