I used a spear and jackson garden sprayer to do the job and did about 20 square metres in less then 5 minutes

On a warm and dry but overcast day it was dry in around half an hour and ready for a second coat fussy wife

After curing you are unable to see the sealant but can see that its doing its job by running water onto the terrace you will see the water beading
