Pros

Blue razzberry is my favorite, although i have tried watermelon rush and loved it as well. Bought the 60 serving love every scoop.

Cons

This preworkout gives me headaches and lightheadedness after doing an intense set. The entire day i was left on the toilet with no workout because of the pain. This causes a rash.

This item ranks at the very bottom. Save your money. That's pretty shady of an answer too.

The stuff i bought tasted and smelled like yeast. It's also super clumpy and not soluble in water.

This is a fantastic pre-workout, loads of energy and decent pump.

I use pre-workout every morning and have done so for almost a year.

I highly recommend this brand but not this specific flavor of pre-workout.
