However i was pleased to find that the pro-sys fits even between fairly tight spaces between teeth, so instead of the pro-sys replacing the green tepe brush it's instead replacing the red (thinner) tepe brush i had been using (because the pro-sys is cheaper and seems to do a better job than the tepe for smaller gaps).  Read Less
