Pros

I'm still breathing, my poop is still brown, and my pee is yellowish-ly clear. The pills are tasteless, easy to * and have seemed effective so far!

The probiotic/turmeric combo is exactly what i was looking for to aide digestion and decrease inflammation. Minimized my bloating so much, especially during my monthly cycle. It makes my digestive system smile.

Contains 60 billion cfus. I appreciate that the bills are vegan since i have a sensitivity to dairy.

Cons

Amazon touts this as corn free, however when the product arrived here, it states clearly on the box contains corn. Some of the capsules look tampered with. This concerns me a lot since it claims that maryruth is the seller.
