Pros

Mary ruth's organics has a great product line. Great to have a continuous probiotic in my daily vitamin routine. Vegan friendly. One keyingredient is no added sugar.

After taking these for a month my digestive system feels better and more regulated. These have helped with my lactose intolerance to a degree. They are easy to * and they don't have a taste. A healthy dose of probiotics for regularity.
