Pros
Product works amazingly. I do a 16 & 8 fast. Easy to *. Also look into b12 and magnesium for mental health improvement.
Only complaint is that the pills i received were uncoated and powdery. Even when she can tell a flare up is coming on, it is not near as bad as the flare ups use to be.
Cons
I dislike that i received a bottle that looks nothing like what is being advertised. The bottle on the site and the bottle i recieved are completely different. The labeling looks inauthentic and very shady.
The tablets are huge, uncoated tablets and hard to *, not smooth caplets that slide down easily. Tried it with food, still nauseated. Still have the same digestive issue. Dry and porous.
