Pros

The resistance and size is perfect and they are very sturdy. Works to tone your inner thighs. Comes with instructions for different areas to work out. Helps strengthen hip flexors.

Cons

The ring is horrible to look at. It's so filmsy that i can't allow a client to use such a piece of junk. Some scratches are very noticeable and some are not, but not what i expected.

My mom is almost 60, which really makes me feel like this thing should not be deforming this early on. I am almost able to touch my legs/knees together when squeezing the ring which means there is way too little resistance-honestly squeezing a $5 yoga... Read More
