They are sturdy and are the right size for a baby/toddler with a large-ish head.
I tested them with my one-year-old daughter when the fire alarms went off during the inspection and the problem was solved, zero noise.
Wasn’t bothered by the noise at all
These ear protectors are pretty well-made; however, i am concerned my little one will simply pull them off.

Looked very nice and mom was very pleased.

Sometimes kids with sensory issues come into our toddler music classroom and are bothered by some of the louder noises from drums etc

Since these are being worn by very young children the assessment of how well they work has to be based on what we observe while they are in use rather than firsthand experience with the product but they do seem to help children cope with the uncomfortable noises

One of our teachers borrowed them to take her baby to a loud event and reported that the child slept through the noise so theres that as an indication they work as well

I got these for my nephew who is a preemie so they were too big even though he was four months old at the time his adjusted age was more like 3 months but they fit his big sister who is 3 and is tiny for her age
