Pros

I have no trouble toasting a full-size ny bagel in it. It uses a simple electronic timer for the darkness adjust, rather than a temperature switch. Good value for the price.

Cons

It's very cheaply made. Once you do all that (which seems pretty ridiculous, am i right?

English muffin is difficult to remove without a tool. Cleaning the crumbs out is a pain. Push the toaster lever/knob down to toast and the bread only drops down another 1/2 inch. That leaves my bread sticking out the top and it doesn't get toasted.
