Pros
It inspires confidence. It fits perfectly in the drawer where i stored the old one.
Warms or toasts perfectly. Toaster works great. Only downside is that it doesn't lift the bread/muffin/bagel high enough.

Cleaned it out. Contacted company and tried there recommendation to fix the issue.

Other than that, it toasts fine, but the knob did break off after one month of use, and we are unable to attach it back on. One side of the toaster burns toast on a setting of 1. This toaster is junk.
