Pros
The product is great and makes awesome crepes. This device is fantastic. Machine makes no noise.
Perfect for crepes, pancakes and roti. the spreader and flipper are plastic which i guess i just wasn't expecting. Still have to get used to swirling the batter on the griddle.
Cons
The item is defective and it's not working after few times. Pour le prix il ne faut pas s'en passer. Par impatience jen'tai pas renvoyé le produit une autre fois, mais c'est plutôt frustrant.

It takes a little bit of practice learning how to make the crepes thin…but that has nothing to do with the machine.
The product arrived a little later than expected but nevertheless why son was super excited to open the box when it arrived.
Price
I was hesitant because the top plate is fixed(i thought this would make thorough cleaning more difficult - it hasn't) and the price point.
Competitiveness
Cooking is impressively even and i love that it has the larger 32cm surface like our previous model.

When the package arrived i was skeptical as it came in the product box with my address slapped on it no protective or outer packaging and it was pretty beat up

The surface is nonstick and wipes down very easily

Cleaning is as easy as wiping it with a wet cloth or wet paper towel and poof put it away for another week
