The manual says it is dishwasher safe the bowls blades pusher and cover but my experience in the past is that the dishwasher tends to warp those types of plastics and then they dont fit correctly

I also have a heavyduty cuisinart that does an amazing job but it is a huge hassle haul it out so it rarely gets used

In the past i had always kept my food processors stowed away in a cabinet and because i had to pull them out and set them up each time i didnt use them often

Cleaning is also uncomplicated though of course you do need to be careful handling the sharp blades and because the parts are smaller they dont crowd my dish drainer or dishwasher the way my previous food processors did
