I'm part of a 12 step group and to some it's a no brainer to be more careful. Coffee did not taste burnt, even after 5-6 hours. Nice size except i wish it fit under my upper cabinets.

It worked without issue the first time we set it up and made our batch of coffee.
Was told it doesn't work no more,and having explain to others how to go about making coffee it definitely fell on deaf ears!
The spout needed to be replaced at about two years into its life; otherwise, it operated consistently.
I have had this for several years and have had no problems however i do use a filter otherwise coffee grounds are in the coffee

Met all expectations except thinking we would drink that much coffee in a 24hour period despite being heavy coffee consumers
