Pros

Especially momma bear. The noise cancellation is still intact. The cushions are amazing and the cushion is amazing. The headphones are more comfortable and fit better than the original.

The ear pads come with simple instructions (includes pics! Take off the old fake leather covering from the ring. Great instructions and the tool to help remove old ear pads. Replacing my original ear pads was easy with this kit.

Cons

They are a bit thicker and the leather looks more like glossy plastic, not the best looking pads, but they did the job, until they broke. They look bigger than the oem pads but they just lack that quality feel and look.
