Pros

Cut pastry, crumb topping and pastries very quick and easily. Very sturdy during use and easy to clean. Needed to cut in cold butter for a crumb cake topping.

Good pastry cutter, simple and as described. Just took a little technique adjustment on my part.

Cons

The handle is about 1/2 inch shorter than comparable pastry cutters. Handle is just under 3-inch, which is small for me (male adult) to fit all four fingers around.

This thing is obscenely small. I wear medium size gloves and this pastry blender wasn’t wide enough. I'm a normal sized adult, and my hands are too big to hold this cutter.
