I like that it is reasonably quiet, in my view, which is important for my ears. That’s a first! The diffuser works amazingly! Works fine but company should ship differently. It works fast, isn't too loud and my hair looks great.

It is small, but lightweight- i have * coils, spongey type 4 hair which normally takes time to blow dry. It is heavier than my previous dryer, but not unreasonably so.

The best part is they include a drawstring bag to hold everything in. Well parked and fast delivery. Everything fits in a little bag they give you.

When you turn it on, it clanks and makes crazy noises, all the while emitting burning chemical smell. The only positive is that the attachments stuck like glue.
