This mic is nowhere near broadcast quality and its not meant to be so dont expect studio quality recording

The mic is usb plugandplay and should work right out of the box however i have only tested it on windows computers

This mic is dynamic and has a cardioid pickup pattern which works great in environments that are not completely silent since it will only pick up sound directly in front of and near it

Overall this mic works very well for the price and i would recommend it to anyone who needs an upgrade over a headset or built in mic or wants a budget entry level mic for voice recording
