This ball is absolutely a lifesaver. Takes the youch out of my plantar fasciitis! It's a little on the pokey side so wear socks.
I use for heel spurs and it helps some as my pain is chronic. Helps with the aches.
This size and hardness is of the best on hard surfaces such as ceramic tile, concrete, etc. I have ceramic tile in much of the house and this is my favorite among many.
Cons
Ball is the right size but has zero flexibility. If like me, you want one of these spiked balls with a slightly softer density then look elsewhere.

The only issue is its a plastic material so if youre using it to roll your back on the wall or your foot on anything that isnt carpet the ball will slip from behind you if youre not paying attention
