Pros

They're easy to install and have a snug fit that doesn't slip during use. Replaced my older deteriorating ear pads and was easy to replace. The fit installing is snug but that’s by design.

The pads on my sony headphones eventually started deteriorating over time until they completely opened up and exposed the foam inside.

After the cushions are fitted, the plastic rims easily snap back into the headphones.
