They are plush, soft, and sit secure in the cans well. They feel a bit larger than the originals, but when wearing them the difference is almost not noticable.
Easy removal / installation instructions and tool is included. Quality is great they feel like the original pads did. Installation is pretty easy with the included tools.
Cons
The sound isolation now is minimal. Anc is significantly worse than the original cushions. It'd be * if you didn't replace the earpads.

I've worn my wh-1000xm3s for over 3 years now, and the pads were in terrible condition.
