Pros

This belt is perfect for lifting. Perfect for workouts, protects your back against injury. My trainer agreed it is nice and supportive.

The support provided by the support team for my query. Instant solution was provided. And let me tell you, these belts are amazing!

The best thing is it had a card saying they will support any issue, including sizing issues.

Leather is thick and supple. The buckle feels substantial in my hand. It has shown no signs of wear and tear.

Cons

The thing is super thin and flimsy. There is barely any support while squatting or deadlifting, and it's extremely uncomfortable to wear due to the buckle. I'm not sure if all belts are like this or if i got a lousy one.
