Pros

Bands are great for glute activation before lifts! I use the larger one for warm ups before i squat and deadlift. If you want a good * workout, these are the perfect bands for some * gains!

Product quality is outstanding! Great product. Customer service is phenomenal! They come in two different sizes, and both have proven very useful. Much better than my previous set.

Keeps the * peachy and they don't slip. They are very durable material, non slip and have really upped my workout game.

Cons

First off, these bands smell terrible. Secondly, they are apparently not made for smaller framed people. Secondly, i wish i would've just gone cheaper and gotten the rubber style bands that are actually small and give resistance!
