Great training equipment to use with my clientspreferred by female clients they really feel the resistance highquality and strong resistance not much stretch to them comfortable and effective bands so i usually tend to use the regular stretchy bands when working out but they always rolled up hurt my legs when wearing spandex shorts and have seen my friends rip theirs at the gym
