The company emailed before i even received the gloves in the mail to let me know they were committed to their 100 satisfaction guarantee

They stated just as they mention in their product descriptions that if there are any issues with the gloves including sizing to respond directly to their email and they will remedy the issues right away

What i found though was the wrist strap on that pair since it was not the broad support on some of their other models sat at the wrong point on my wrist for me

Within minutes of sending them a screenshot of this pair which has the wider wrist support they were emailing back with a confirmation of shipment for the replacement gloves

I ordered a pair back in may and the stitching was coming loose on one of the gloves
