Kudos to their customer service there was a constant follow up from the team since the order was placed and till it got delivered

Got in contact with customer support and they sent me a new belt free of charge and didnt even ask for return of the original belt

I will say though that their suggestion to not go by pants size convinced me to buy a size large for my size 34 pantssize waist which was much too large for me
