Pros

The profitness has one velcro strap and steel roller. Helped me greatly with my squats and deadlift form.

Profitness has quality fitness equipment. Great product and great customer service. No complaints. Looking forward to trying more things from this brand.

They offer life-time warranty which they absolutely honor. Also such great customer service and comes with a lifetime gueantee. It works just as well as any of the more expensive ones. Superior customer service.

The medium is perfect and accurate for sizing. Petite women, so this belt works perfect for me. Remember to properly size your belly/gut.

Cons

I'm a 36 waist and the large is bordering on way too small. The connection part wear the velcro connects to the belt strap, started tearing apart from the belt itself. Very disappointed in this belt.
