Pros

The profitness has one velcro strap and steel roller. Helped me greatly with my squats and deadlift form. This belt is awesome for stability while doing squats with the bar.

Profitness has quality fitness equipment. Using now for a month. Decent price. Looking forward to trying more things from this brand. Helping us a lot in contring form and reducing pain.

They offer life-time warranty which they absolutely honor. Also such great customer service and comes with a lifetime gueantee. It works just as well as any of the more expensive ones. Superior customer service.

The medium is perfect and accurate for sizing. Remember to properly size your belly/gut.

Cons

I'm a 36 waist and the large is bordering on way too small. The connection part wear the velcro connects to the belt strap, started tearing apart from the belt itself. Very disappointed in this belt.
