Pros
The profitness has one velcro strap and steel roller. Helped me greatly with my squats and deadlift form. Slight concern is the excessively long velcro strap.
Customer service is great too. Also, they offer life-time warranty which they absolutely honor. Kudos to them. They also have a good customer service! Best customer service.
Great belt for the price. Provides awesome support. Just be sure to register it within 7 days.
The profitness is wider in the front than valeo's and did pinch my ribs when bending over. Offers more support for my back, solid, well made.
Size medium fits my 34” waist ok. The medium is perfect and accurate for sizing. Fits snug and can be cinched down tight.
Cons
I'm a 36 waist and the large is bordering on way too small. The connection part wear the velcro connects to the belt strap, started tearing apart from the belt itself. Very disappointed in this belt.

I contacted support and they quickly sent me a large size.
